What came first, the water tower or the town?
Plain City is the home of former Tennessee Titans safety Donnie Nickey, who played with Alge Crumpler. It's always nice when I can find a reason to write the name "Alge Crumpler".
Then it was off to Neer Township, which I couldn't find any information on.
It either no longer exists - several townships in Ohio are now defunct or what are known as paper townships (I'd like to one day visit, in Ohio or elsewhere, doesn't matter, a place called Paper Township), or it was just founded a few hours ago.
