What came first, the water tower or the town?
Plain City is the home of former Tennessee Titans safety Donnie Nickey, who played with Alge Crumpler. And that was my excuse to write "Alge Crumpler".
Then it was off to Neer Township, which I couldn't find any information on.
It either no longer exists - several townships in Ohio are now defunct or what are known as paper townships (I'd like to one day visit, in Ohio or elsewhere, doesn't matter, a place called Paper Township), or it was just founded a few hours ago.
